New to us? Complete our trader registration form and provide the documents needed for your business. Already registered? Head straight to the events.
Choose your event
Select your venue, date and pitch option. Read the event details carefully, including space, equipment and trading requirements. Food units and specialist setups need approval before booking.
Look out for confirmation
Submit your booking and watch for our confirmation and setup information. Your stall is only confirmed once your booking is approved and we have taken payment.
Choosing a pitch is a request for that location. Submitting a booking or authorising a payment does not by itself confirm your stall. Please wait for your booking confirmation.

- The right space: check that your display fits the pitch you select.
- Your own setup: bring tables, displays and equipment. Outdoor gazebos need suitable safety weights.
- Your documents: keep insurance and any required food, safety or licensing documents up to date.
- The venue details: check trading hours, access and setup instructions. Electricity must be advertised or agreed in advance.

How much is a stall?
Prices vary by event, date and pitch size. Open your chosen event listing and select the relevant options to see the price before booking.
Can I choose my location?
Where an event offers named or numbered pitches, you can select your preferred location. This is your requested pitch; your stall is only confirmed once approved and payment has been taken.
Can food businesses and catering units apply?
Yes, enquiries are welcome. Food categories, catering trailers and specialist setups are subject to venue suitability and approval. Contact our team before booking a specialist pitch.
What if I need to cancel?
Please read our refund and cancellation policy before booking. Cancellation requests must be emailed to accounts@spgeventsnw.co.uk, including your booking reference, business name, venue and date.
Where can I see my bookings?
Sign in to My Bookings to view your orders. Keep an eye on your inbox, including junk folders, for confirmation and event setup information.
