Tell us about your business and share your documents below. We aim to review applications within 48 hours.

Use your Shopify booking email. If you already book with us, enter the same email so your registration can be matched to your trader profile.
Have your current public liability insurance certificate ready, with at least £5 million cover, plus its expiry date.
Upload a recent stall photo. If this is your first event, a product photo is welcome.
Food traders and bakers must also upload their food hygiene certificate and risk assessment. These fields are optional only for non-food businesses. Food applications cannot be approved until these documents are supplied.
Each upload accepts one file under 20 MB. Use PDF, JPEG or PNG where possible.

Registration is not a stall booking. A stall is confirmed only after approval and payment.
