2026 Market Place Bolton - Indoors

Book your trader space at The Artisan Street Fayre’s indoor market at Market Place Bolton. Choose your event date and either a Ground Floor or Level 1 pitch.

Trading: 10:00am–4:00pm
Set-up: 7:00am–8:45am; fully set up by 9:30am

Pitch locations and fees

• Ground Floor: £50.00 for a single-day booking.
• Level 1: £12.50 for a single-day booking.
• 12–13 December: both days must be booked together. Ground Floor: £100.00; Level 1: £25.00 for the two-day booking.

Each booking is for a space for up to two of your own tables.

How to book

1. Register: If you are new to our events, complete the Trader Registration Form before booking.
2. Choose your date: Select the event date you would like to attend.
3. Choose your location: Select Ground Floor or Level 1 and check the price for your chosen date before booking.
4. Complete your provisional booking: Book online. We manually review bookings and email you within 48 hours to confirm acceptance or explain if we cannot accept your booking. Please check your junk or spam folder too.

Set-up and trading

Set-up runs from 7:00am to 8:45am. Please be fully set up by 9:30am.

Trading: 10:00am–4:00pm. Please do not begin packing away before 4:00pm unless instructed by an SPG Events representative.

Your detailed set-up email will be sent on the Monday before the event. It includes arrival instructions, pitch information and any updates. If it has not arrived by Monday evening, check your junk or spam folder before contacting the team.

What to bring

• Up to two of your own tables.
• A chair.
• A trolley to move stock from the unloading area to your pitch.
• Table coverings and any display equipment you need.

Unloading and parking

Unloading access is listed via the Patio Entrance and the Basement Loading Area. Follow the arrival instructions in your set-up email.

Unload promptly, then move your vehicle to the nearby car park before setting up. A public car park is approximately one minute’s walk from the venue.

On arrival

• Report to an SPG Events team member.
• Your allocated pitch number will be provided, where applicable.
• Keep walkways clear during set-up.
• Keep your display safe and secure throughout the event.
