Book your trader pitch at The Artisan Street Fayre’s outdoor market at Designer Outlet Leeds, formerly Junction 32, in Castleford. Our regular market takes place on the second Saturday of the month. Check the booking options for your chosen date.

Set-up: 7:00am–8:45am

Parking: Service yard, unless directed elsewhere.

How to book

1. Register: If you are new to our events, complete the Trader Registration Form before booking.
2. Choose your date: Select the event date you would like to attend.
3. Choose your pitch: Select the pitch option that suits your setup and check the price shown before completing your booking.
4. Complete your provisional booking: Book online. We manually review bookings and email you within 48 hours to confirm acceptance or explain if we cannot accept your booking. Please check your junk or spam folder too.

Pitch options

• Own gazebo: 3m × 3m.
• Own gazebo: 3m × 6m.

Set-up and trading

Set-up runs from 7:00am to 8:45am. Your allocated space will be included in the set-up email sent on the Sunday before the event.

No entry after 9:00am: the bollards will be raised.

Trading: 9:30am–6:00pm. Please remain set up and trading throughout the event. No vehicle movement or stall pack-down is permitted during trading hours.

The event usually starts to get busier around 11:00am.

What to bring

• Your own event gazebo with a suspension roof. Garden gazebos are not permitted.
• Two or four tables, as appropriate to your setup, and chairs. Tables must be solid wood or plastic; wooden pasting tables are not permitted.
• Four gazebo weights, each weighing more than 10kg.
• A trolley to move your equipment and stock from the service yard to your pitch.

Arrival and unloading

1. From the A639 off the M62, follow the approach directions: north — fourth exit at the first roundabout; south — third exit at the first roundabout.
2. At the next roundabout, go straight over using the second exit.
3. At the following roundabout, take the third exit onto the service road.
4. At the barrier, press the security button and explain that you are an SPG Events trader.
5. Once through the barrier, drive straight down and follow the road to the right. Look for the SPG Events van; this is the parking area for the day.
6. If SPG Events staff are not there, walk through the ginnel next to Greggs, then turn right to reach the set-up area.

Parking

Park in the service yard unless you are instructed to park elsewhere.
