Lakeside VIllage Artisan Craft Fayre - outdoors

Book your trader pitch at The Artisan Street Fayre’s outdoor artisan and craft market at Lakeside Village, Doncaster. Our regular market takes place on the first Saturday of the month, with additional Christmas dates available in the booking options.

Trading: 10:00am–5:00pm
Set-up: 7:00am–8:30am
Venue: Lakeside Village Outlet, White Rose Way, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN4 5PJ
Parking: Free on site.

How to book

1. Register: If you are new to our events, complete the Trader Registration Form before booking.
2. Choose your date: Select the event date you would like to attend.
3. Choose your pitch: Select the pitch option that suits your setup and check the price shown before completing your booking.
4. Complete your provisional booking: Book online. We manually review bookings and email you within 48 hours to confirm acceptance or explain if we cannot accept your booking. Please check your junk or spam folder too.

Pitch options

• Own gazebo: 3m × 3m.
• Own gazebo: 3m × 6m.
• Food vendor pitch.

Set-up and trading

Set-up runs from 7:00am to 8:30am. Your allocated space will be included in the set-up email sent on the Sunday before the event.

Trading: 10:00am–5:00pm. Please remain set up and trading throughout the event. No vehicle movement or stall pack-down is permitted during trading hours.

The event usually starts to get busier around 11:00am.

What to bring

• Your own sturdy tables and chairs. Tables must be solid wood or plastic; wooden pasting tables are not permitted.
• Your own gazebo.
• Four gazebo weights, with at least 10kg per leg.
• A trolley for moving your equipment and stock.

Parking and access

On-site parking is free. Please do not leave your vehicle parked in disabled bays.
