Select quantity 2 for the same date and area. Each space costs £50, so a 3m × 6m pitch costs £100 per event day.

Book your trader pitch at The Artisan Street Fayre’s outdoor market at Designer Outlet Leeds (formerly Junction 32), Castleford. Choose your date and preferred area below. Please bring your own gazebo.

Choose your area

• Area 1 (M&S) - 3m x 3m — £50 per space (14 spaces per date, except 14 August and 11–12 December 2027 when this area is unavailable).
• Area 1.5 (Clarks) - 3m x 3m — £50 per space (4 spaces per date).
• Area 2 (Water Feature) - 3m x 3m — £50 per space (7 spaces per date).
• Area 3 (Sports Direct) - 3m x 3m — £50 per space (4 spaces per date).
• Area 4 (Mountain Warehouse) - 3m x 3m — £50 per space (9 spaces per date).
• Area 5 (HMV) - 3m x 3m — £50 per space (8 spaces per date).

December 11th and 12th are booked separately. To attend both days, add a booking for each date.

Venue and trading information

Venue: Junction 32 Outlet Shopping, Tomahawk Trail, Castleford, WF10 4FR
Trading: 9:30am–6:00pm
Set-up: 7:00am–8:45am
Parking: Service yard, unless directed elsewhere.

Please remain set up and trading throughout the event. No vehicle movement or stall pack-down is permitted during trading hours. Bring a trolley to move equipment and stock from the service yard to your pitch. Full set-up information will be emailed before your event.

Equipment you need

Please bring the following equipment:

• Your own gazebo.
• Gazebo weights — minimum 12kg per leg.
• Gazebo walls.
• Gazebo straps.
• Tables.
• A chair.
• A trolley or cart to transport your stock and equipment to your pitch.

How to book

1. New traders must complete our Trader Registration Form before booking.
2. Select your event date and area. One space measures 3m × 3m. For a 3m × 6m pitch, select quantity 2 in the same area for the same date.
3. Complete payment to submit your provisional booking. We manually review bookings and email within 48 hours to confirm acceptance or explain if we cannot accept your booking. Please check your junk and spam folders.
