Book your trader pitch at The Artisan Street Fayre’s outdoor artisan and craft market at Lakeside Village, Doncaster. Our 2027 markets run on the first Saturday of each month from February to December, plus an extra Christmas market on 11 December.

Prices are per pitch, per event date.
3m × 3m: £50.00
3m × 4.5m: £50.00
3m × 6m: £70.00
Clarks van / food-unit pitch: £70.00
How to book
Register: If you are new to our events, complete the Trader Registration Form and provide your required documents before booking.
Choose your date: Select the event you would like to attend.
Choose your pitch: Select your chosen trading location and check its dimensions suit your setup. Each location has one pitch available per date.
Complete your booking: Submit your booking and payment details securely online. Your stall at your chosen location is only confirmed once we have taken payment. Submitting a booking alone does not confirm your stall. Please look out for your booking confirmation email and check your junk or spam folder too.
Food-unit pitches
Lawn 1, Lawn 2 and Lawn 3 are 3m × 6m food-unit pitches. The Clarks space is listed for a van / food unit. Catering trailers and specialist food pitches must be approved before booking; please contact us if you are unsure which space is suitable.
Before you book
All traders must hold valid public liability insurance with at least £5 million cover for their products and activities on the event date.
Food and drink traders must provide the applicable local-authority registration, food hygiene documentation, insurance, risk assessments and licences.
Electricity is not included unless specifically advertised or agreed in advance.

Set-up and trading
Set-up: 7:00am–8:30am. Your set-up email is sent on the Sunday before the event and includes pitch details, arrival and unloading instructions.
Trading: 10:00am–5:00pm. All traders must remain set up and trading until closing. No vehicle movement or stall pack-down is permitted during trading hours.
What to bring
Your own suitable gazebo for gazebo pitches.
Sturdy tables, chairs, display equipment and table coverings. Tables must be solid wood or plastic; wooden pasting tables are not permitted.
A trolley for moving your equipment.
Gazebo weights of at least 10kg per leg, with every leg securely weighted. Follow any additional requirements in your set-up instructions.
Parking and access
On-site parking is free. Please do not leave your vehicle in disabled bays. Follow the arrival and unloading instructions in your set-up email and the directions of the event team.
